Bus Ticket Refunds
Standard Bus Tickets
- 24+ hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fee ($10)
- 2-24 hours before departure: 75% refund of ticket price
- Less than 2 hours before departure: 50% refund of ticket price
- After departure time: No refund available
Flexible Bus Tickets
- Up to 1 hour before departure: Full refund minus processing fee ($5)
- After departure time: 50% refund available within 24 hours
Non-Refundable Bus Tickets
Some promotional and deeply discounted tickets are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These tickets cannot be refunded but may be eligible for rescheduling with applicable fees.
Train Ticket Refunds
Coach Tickets
- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund minus $20 processing fee
- 24 hours or less before departure: 75% refund of ticket price
- After departure: No refund available
Business Class Tickets
- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund minus $15 processing fee
- 24 hours or less before departure: 80% refund of ticket price
- After departure: 25% refund available within 48 hours
Sleeper Car Tickets
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
- 48 hours or less before departure: 70% refund of ticket price
- After departure: No refund available
Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
If your trip is cancelled due to severe weather conditions:
- Full refund including all fees
- Free rescheduling to next available departure
- Travel credit valid for 12 months
Carrier-Initiated Cancellations
If the bus or train operator cancels your trip:
- Full refund including all fees and taxes
- Complimentary rebooking on next available service
- Compensation for additional expenses (case-by-case basis)
Medical Emergencies
In case of documented medical emergencies:
- Full refund with valid medical documentation
- Waived processing fees
- Extended validity for travel credits
